"The Fading of Nicole Wilson" is a story-driven, folk-horror adventure game dealing with topics like authenticity, personal sacrifice and the cost of fitting in while daring players to unravel a dark, thrilling mystery.

Brit, a teenager feeling left behind in her backwater hometown, lands a ghost-hunting job at the secluded Timberline Hotel. She hopes to capture footage that will make her famous. But when her employer is hospitalized, Brit must handle the investigation alone.

As she arrives at the desolate, crumbling estate, Brit quickly realizes there are more dangerous forces at play than any supernatural entity.

Equipped with her camera and an array of ghost-hunting gear, she descends into the hotel's shadowy corridors, determined to uncover its secrets.
