Description
Mechanophagia is a visceral Twin-Stick Shooter set in a dark, gritty sci-fi world where you are a lone robot warrior fighting against an overwhelming tide of flesh and metal. You have exactly 10 minutes to slaughter the swarm, evolve your unit, and prepare for the final boss. It’s a race against extinction where precision is your only means of survival.
KEY FEATURES
Full Combat Control: Master the twin-stick controls to dodge and aim with lethal precision. Your skill is the only thing standing between you and the scrap heap.
3 Distinct Biomes: Battle through three unique levels, each populated by its own ecosystem of aberrant enemies with distinct behaviors and attack patterns. Adapt your strategy to survive the specific threats of each zone.
Draft Broken Builds: Level up and choose from a pool of random upgrades. Combine piercing rounds, bouncing lasers, and area-of-effect blasts to create devastating synergies.
Permanent Progression: Use the data from your failed runs to purchase permanent stat upgrades. Come back stronger, faster, and ready to push further into the infection.
The echo of a frantic shriek traveled through the skyscrapers of the city, followed by the screeching sound of metal against metal that rattled my screws. Finally, the Mechanophages attacked. The familiar hum of power circulating through the city was interrupted by the alarm that sounded in unison in our operating systems. We were prepared, we knew our duty. We had to defend ourselves. Defend ourselves from that grotesque vision of flesh and metal that was advancing overwhelmingly over the city, deploying aberrant creatures that flooded our streets and devoured everything in their path. No, there was no way to defend ourselves against it. The self-preservation protocol kicked in and paralyzed us, stopping us from facing certain death. But we were left vulnerable to annihilation. It was then that we saw him. In the distance, the silhouette of a robot showed us the way. Tetsuo, the first to take to the sky to defend Mech-city.
