Backrooms: Extractions is a co-op extraction horror game for 1 to 6 players. You are field agents of the M.E.G., deployed into the Backrooms to bring back the ones who never returned. Escape is not the mission. Rescue is.

THE EXTRACTION LOOP
Track lost agents through hostile, handcrafted liminal environments. Scan with your bodycam to reveal unstable elements and open the way forward. Deploy your beacon, catch the signal on your PDA and send the data. Then hold your position while the entities close in, until the extraction window opens. Missions, loot and entity behavior change from run to run.

YOUR TOOLS ARE YOUR LIFELINE
Camera, detector, PDA, glowsticks, paint gun, beacons and field radios. Light is a resource. Sound is a risk. The entities react to what you say, and how loud you say it.

HIGH STAKES, PERSISTENT PROGRESSION
Gear carried into a level is lost if the team does not make it out. But your story never resets: M.E.G. ranks, storage and reputation persist between runs. Between deployments, walk the LAB, a fully explorable home base with personal storage, an equipment shop, cosmetic skins and the Entity Registry.

ENTITIES THAT HUNT
Every entity has its own senses, sounds and hunting rules. Film them with your bodycam to complete their dossiers in the Entity Registry and learn how they hunt. Knowledge is a progression system.

BUILT FOR CO-OP, PLAYABLE SOLO
Play with up to 6 players using built-in voice chat and field radios, or deploy alone. Blackout events jam the radios and cut the lights mid-mission. Down and revive mechanics turn failure into rescue moments.

FOUND FOOTAGE HORROR
A diegetic bodycam puts you inside the tape: REC overlay, sensor readouts, camcorder grain. Analog horror, played straight. Every session is naturally clippable.
