This set allows overseas player ranches in the US and Europe to open at the earliest possible time from the start of the game (the first week of February after the second year).

How to use
(1) After installing the DLC, start the game.
(2) In the first week of February after the second year of the game, you will be asked if you want to open overseas ranches.
(3) You can open overseas ranches in the U.S. or Europe without any special conditions and without paying an opening fee.

Notes.
Regardless of the use of this DLC, maintenance fees will be incurred after opening an overseas ranch. Please note that bankruptcy
If you open an overseas ranch in the U.S. or Europe based on a suggestion from an acquaintance other than the first week of February after the DLC is applied, you will be charged an opening fee.
Even if you do not apply the DLC, you can open an overseas ranch in the U.S. or Europe based on a suggestion from a friend if you meet certain conditions and pay the setup fee.
You can start the game from either NEW GAME or LOAD GAME to get the effect.
This product is only available in Winning Post 10.
