Build a massive physics-driven fortress on wheels, survive the surface of Venus, and fight your way to the last city above the clouds.

Venus: The Last Ascent is a physics-based survival game where your base is also your vehicle. You keep moving, hauling a fortress of guns, farms, drills, and shields across the planet. Think tower defense, except the tower has wheels and never stops.

But everything on Venus wants your energy. Solar-powered war machines, abandoned here generations ago, wake up at sunrise and come for your reactors. You hold them off, scavenge what's left of them, and keep rolling.

BUILD A ROLLING FORTRESS

Every component you bolt on does something: tools, weapons, power, oxygen, storage, shields. You always want to build bigger. More guns, more farms, more reactors. But the physics are real, so you need to engineer the thing to actually move. A badly designed fortress gets stuck on a ridge or flips itself in a storm. Growing and staying functional is the whole game.

MINE ON THE MOVE

Cut into Venusian rock with focused light to pull out the minerals you need for upgrades. The good stuff is hidden in dangerous places, and stopping too long in the wrong spot is its own kind of risk.

FIGHT OFF THE DAY

When the sun hits, the old machines wake up. They're after your power, and they don't stop coming. Mount turrets, stand your ground, or outrun them.

EXPLORE A HOSTILE PLANET

Cross acid plains, glass deserts, and old industrial ruins. Pre-war outposts are where you find blueprints, and blueprints are how you build bigger, stranger, and more dangerous things. Logs and clues about what happened here are scattered around too, if you want to piece the story together.

REACH CLOUD CITY

The beam of light on the horizon is your only fixed point. Everything you build, mine, and fight for is in service of getting there.
