A zombie takes the lead

Under The Ghost Mountain is a top-down, pixel-art dungeon shooter. Take control of a zombie with a weapon, explore connected rooms, fight waves of enemies, gather supplies, and challenge the boss guarding your way forward. Between gunfire, bullet patterns, and dodge rolls, every move matters.

Move, roll, and find your opening

Combat rooms seal their exits when a fight begins. Defeat each wave to open the doors again. Keep moving while you shoot, roll out of danger, and find a safe moment to reload. Bosses raise the pressure with circular bullet patterns and rocket attacks.

Eight weapons to change your approach

Start with a pistol and discover seven more weapons: an MP5, AK, shotgun, AWP, bow, laser gun, and rocket launcher. Use rapid fire to keep enemies under pressure, close in with a shotgun, charge a bow shot, or clear a path with lasers and explosions. Switch between the weapons you collect during a run.

Chests, shops, and changing routes

Dungeon layouts are assembled from different rooms, with changing connections and enemy waves. Look for shops and chests between fights. Spend coins on supplies and use keys to open chests. Keep an eye on health, armor, and ammunition as you decide how to spend what you find.

Bring back Color for future runs

Defeat bosses to collect Color and unlock more weapons in the armory. Those unlocks are saved, allowing additional weapons to appear in future runs. Each run sends you exploring again, while your growing weapon pool adds more possibilities to later attempts.

The current development build

The current development build contains a playable two-level route, eight weapons, regular enemies and boss fights, shops, chests, a map, and persistent weapon unlocks. Under The Ghost Mountain is currently in Early Access.
