TRUE GALACTIC MISSION:
There are 5 pilots in training, each with peculiar characteristics. It's the day of the final test and everyone will face a obstacle to see who will be able to accept the next challenge, a true galactic mission.
Be one of the pilots chosen for this mission and embark on infinite space in search of the unknown, in order to discover what is altering the flow of the universe!
TRUE GALACTIC MISSION is a vertical Shoot 'Em Up in the style of 90s arcade games. Originally developed for the Mega Drive console, the game takes place across 9 levels with futuristic backgrounds where you must face and shoot various spacecraft, ending by confronting a boss at the end of each stage. You can acquire power-ups that can enhance your shots, increase your speed, equip bombs, or become invincible with a force shield.
MAIN FEATURES:
• Classic & Intense Arcade Gameplay: Precise controls and frantic action in the best "dodge-and-shoot" style. Each stage is a new wave of challenges designed to test your skills.
• Choose Your Pilot: Each of the 5 pilots has a ship with unique characteristics, slightly affecting gameplay. Choose the one that best fits your style!
• Nine Challenging Stages: Travel through futuristic and diverse environments, from the Blue Galaxy to the stormy Meteor Rain, from the dark Shadow Valley to the menacing Tech City, and the core of danger, the Main Brain.
• Strategic Power-Up System: Collect capsules to upgrade your weaponry (from a simple shot to powerful level 5), gain invincibility shields, increase speed, restore energy, or stock devastating bombs (up to 9!).
• Epic Boss Fights: At the end of each stage, a unique and challenging boss awaits, requiring memorized attack patterns and dodges to defeat.
• True to the 16-bit Spirit: Graphics, soundtrack, and sound effects that capture the essence of the Mega Drive/Genesis, offering a nostalgic and authentic experience.
• Progression and Replayability: Try to beat your high score, master all the ships, and complete the mission on the difficulty level you dare to choose.
ABOUT THE GAMEPLAY:
Take control of a combat ship on a vertical journey. Your goal is simple: survive and advance. Eliminate waves of enemy ships, dodge a hail of projectiles, and use power-ups wisely to strengthen yourself. The energy bar allows you to take a few hits, but the action is relentless. With each completed stage, the difficulty increases, leading to a final battle against a gigantic boss. Get ready for a mission that will test your reflexes and courage. The universe needs a hero. Will it be you?
