Born to carry people, the line accelerated in popularity among passengers, being extended to Dover by 1848. As time passed and companies merged, it became part of the many electrified lines into New York, and today is a frequent commuter line operated by NJ TRANSIT®.

In Train Sim World, become a Big Apple engineer or conductor aboard NJ TRANSIT commuter services, shuttle between New Jersey towns in the classic Arrow III EMU, or pack-in passengers with the spacious MultiLevels, hauled by ALP-46 traction. All aboard for Hoboken!
