The Guidelines : Hotel Napoli is a horror observation simulation that combines a Napolitan-style horror manual with a CCTV surveillance system.

From a surveillance room cut off from the outside world, analyze recorded CCTV footage overlooking the hidden corners of the hotel and maintain your composure as the environment slowly begins to change.

Observe the hotel as it changes little by little each day, find anomalies, and report them correctly according to the hotel's manual. As the days repeat, memories of the past and the strange events taking place in the hotel slowly begin to connect.

• Observe the CCTV and find anomalies.

Check the CCTV cameras installed throughout the hotel and look for anomalies. Something may disappear, something that wasn't there before may appear, or a familiar space may subtly change. Correctly report the anomalies you discover.

• Follow the hotel's manual.

There are rules that must be followed in the hotel. Determine what you have discovered through the CCTV and follow the instructions written in the manual. But be warned. At some point, the rules you thought you knew may begin to differ from reality. A wrong report or failure to follow the rules may lead to unexpected consequences.

• Face the truth within the repeating days.

Each day at the hotel repeats itself. A single incorrect report will send you back to the first day. As time repeats, the strange events taking place in the hotel and memories of your past slowly begin to form a single story. Discover what happened here, and why you came to this place.
