The Forest Watches is a short first-person psychological horror experience about rituals, obedience, and being observed.

You arrive at a secluded forest compound as the newest member of a quiet, watchful cult. Your days are simple: complete the tasks they give you, follow the routine, and avoid drawing attention. The game is designed to be completed in around 30 minutes, making it a compact, tense horror experience.

Each morning brings a new assignment—clean the shrine, gather offerings, light the ceremonial braziers. The cult insists these chores are harmless traditions… but the forest feels aware, and the cameras never stop tracking your every step.

Your cabin is small and sparsely furnished—a bed, a flickering TV looping indoctrination messages, a few personal items. Even in this tiny space, you can feel the weight of the forest and the cult’s watchful eyes.

As you carry out your rituals, distant chanting rises through the trees. The tasks become heavier, stranger, more demanding—yet disobedience is not an option.

The Forest Watches is designed as an immersive, tightly focused horror experience that can be completed in about 30 minutes. No crafting. No combat. Just you, the cult, and the feeling that the forest remembers everything you do.
