Description
Slingbot Survivors is a roguelite auto-shooter that blends bullet-heaven combat with physics-based platforming.
You play as a robot sent by humanity to an alien planet, tasked with wiping out its hostile wildlife. Armed with a grappling hook as your only means of movement, you will swing, zip, and launch yourself through chaotic battlefields while your arsenal automatically tears through waves of enemies.
This is a fresh take on the survivor-like formula, trading simple movement for fast, skill-driven traversal.
Move Differently. Instead of walking, you navigate entirely with a grappling hook. Swing through levels, maintain momentum, and reposition constantly to survive.
Bullet-Heaven Combat. Face relentless hordes of alien enemies in auto-shooter gameplay inspired by the survivor-like genre. Focus on movement and positioning while your weapons handle the rest.
Physics-Based Gameplay. Your movement and many weapons are driven by physics, creating more dynamic combat and allowing for expressive playstyles not seen in traditional survivor-likes.
Run-Based Progression. Each run lasts around 25 minutes and is filled with upgrades, weapons, and gadgets that shape your build.
Unlock and Experiment. Unlock new characters, weapons, and tools as you progress, expanding your options across runs.
Why It Stands Out
Slingbot Survivors sits between slower-paced survivor-likes and more intense action roguelites, offering a higher skill ceiling through movement while keeping the accessibility of auto-shooter combat.
