Welcome to the Moon, Space Cadet! 

Roving Rovers is a cozy exploration and resource management game where you pilot your very own lunar rover! With humanity's arrival on the horizon, you have to explore the moon's surface to find useful resources to ensure the moon is fit for human inhabitants.

You will traverse across imported scans of the moon's surface, meaning the craters, rocks and ridges that you drive over are based on a genuine lunar landscape. 

Customisable Rovers

Travel across the moon in style, and own it! Your little rover is customisable, so make it your own to suit your taste. 

Resource Management 

You’ll need to collect and gather resources while exploring and completing missions. Every resource brings you one step closer to figuring out if the moon is going to be humanity's new home!

Roving Rovers started as a replica of the internationally recognised Australian Rover Challenge, enabling players to understand the complexities of the lunar and otherworldly rover missions. Developed with the support of The Andy Thomas Centre for Space Resources, University of Adelaide and Flinders university, it is based in the realities of the space industry.
