Its a peaceful, regular sunny day in Plunderburg; Citizens are cleaning their yards and going about their business. The FailU truck drives along the street, tossing out packages with complete disregard for their proper delivery point. By orders of HOA, Neighborhood Watch now come together to obviously keep the neighborhood safe - they notice something's not quite right. Packages are no longer where they were left, neighborhood duties are being skipped, and there’s glitter everywhere! Looks like Package Pirates have come, trying to appear like the rest of the neighborhood, and they mean business! They're going to load their Scaly Wagon with the neighborhoods parcels! Will the Neighborhood Watch stop the plunderer? Or will the Package Pirates make off with their booty?

Play as a Pirate, or the HOA Neighborhood Watch for up to 30 minute bursts throughout 5 carefully hand crafted,  replay-able neighborhoods, varying weather conditions - all with witty scenarios. Your goal is to figure out who the Package Pirate is before they make off with everyone's stuff! 

Features a 'pirate-y' soundtrack with competitive pvp and co-operative detective work, traps, Stealthy-Deceptive gameplay, third and first person perspectives, all sorts of cosmetics to dress up your characters in suburban, city, and country-scapes.

Neighborhood Watch Play:

Everyone begins in the same spawn area, including the ‘Pirate’, who appears the same as everyone else. Neighbors have to complete tasks around the neighborhood while ensuring boxes don't move! This grants them ‘Brownie Points’ which are needed to maintain their role with the HOA or else they're evicted from the neighborhood and go to spectator mode. If all Neighbors are eliminated, the Pirate wins. If the neighbors catch the pirate, and the pirate is processed at the police station, the Neighbors win. Players can strap glitter traps to parcels, amongst other outrageous traps to try and stop each other - So, don't spend too much time around tampered parcels - these things can go off for like - no reason.

Pirate Play:

Pirates begin with the rest of the neighborhood watch, and appear to be ‘one of them’. Your goal is to collect all packages around the neighborhood and return them to your van (Scaly Wagon), once you’ve located it. If you commit Pirate Deeds, you slowly reveal your true form – a Pirate – making it easier and easier for neighbors to spot, or even hear you coming. Once all packages have been loaded, the pirate wins.
