You are Cargo. An alien with a heart of gold and dreams made of stars. When a freak transporter accident fuses his mind with his idol — the legendary, presumed-dead scientist Nova Cassidy, Cargo's plans to start a new life are put on hold.

Nova concludes the sinister TEAL Corporation sabotaged her, which now controls The Plaza , turning it from the place of scientific progress Nova once envisioned, into a space mall with bars, shops, hotels, casinos and many more questionable attractions.
