Description
— Japanese Horror × Monsters × Escape —
“Where’s my mom…?”
Yuni, the young protagonist, wakes up in a strange otherworld—
a place she has never seen before.
“Niraya of ■■” is a Japanese-style horror adventure where a powerless child must flee from monstrous beings and fight to return home.
◆ Story
Year 2000, late summer —
During a ritual held at a small temple in rural Japan, Yuni suddenly loses consciousness.
She wakes up inside a cold refrigerator.
Her mother is nowhere to be found—
and the outside world has completely transformed.
Lantern-lined tunnels, temple-like structures—
and uncanny, twisted creatures roaming the area.
All Yuni can do is move forward,
dodging attacks and fleeing from the monsters that hunt her.
Longing once more for her mother’s warmth—
a child’s desperate escape from the otherworld begins.
◆ Features
● A truth that slowly reveals itself
Explore the world and collect notes to uncover why Yuni was taken into this realm and the deeper mysteries behind her situation.
● The terror of being unable to fight
Yuni has no means of combat.
Sense murderous intent, hide, run, and narrowly avoid attacks to survive.
● Tension born from stamina management
Running drains stamina and leaves Yuni unable to move.
Reckless sprinting will quickly lead to being cornered.
Manage stamina carefully to escape your pursuers.
● A Japanese otherworld inspired by medieval Buddhist imagery
Giant Buddha statues, massive mandalas, and sudden modern road signs—
a world that feels structured yet profoundly unnatural.
