Night Portable is a horror game set in a secondhand video game store in the 2000s, where retro handheld games, 3D night-shift survival, and an adventure through the past intertwine.

After taking a suspiciously high-paying night job, you are assigned to work alone inside the store from midnight until 6:00 AM for several nights.

Your duties should be nothing more than cleaning and restocking. But there is something inside the locked store.

Estimated playtime: Approximately 45–60 minutes Playtime may vary depending on exploration, playstyle, and the number of retries.

◆ FEATURES

■ WORK AND SURVIVE THE 3D NIGHT SHIFT
Complete cleaning and restocking duties while avoiding ■■■ as it roams the store. Light levels and footsteps affect how easily you are detected. Crouch in the darkness to conceal your presence, or risk making noise by sprinting away.

■ RETRO HANDHELD GAMES: SCORE OR CASH OUT
Play a variety of 2D minigames. Cash out once you reach the required score and secure your reward—or keep playing for a higher-tier prize while risking everything currently on the line. Rewards change each night, and failure costs you any pending reward.

■ BRING 2D REWARDS INTO THE 3D WORLD
Use batteries to restore flash charges, a radio to lure ■■■ away, an eyeball to reveal its form, an ofuda talisman to stop it, and a black high heel to temporarily prevent stamina drain. Knowing when to use each item may determine whether you survive.

■ A HANDHELD THAT BREAKS
Contact with ■■■ does not kill you immediately. Instead, damage accumulates on the handheld. The spreading cracks and glitches across its screen show how few chances you have left.

■ SIDE-SCROLLING ADVENTURE
Beyond each night shift lies a side-scrolling adventure through the past. Walk through old locations, investigate your surroundings, and relive events connected to ■■■ as you uncover the truth behind the curse linking past and present.

■ THREE VISUAL STYLES
A low-resolution 3D store with a retro aesthetic, handheld-style 2D screens, and a side-scrolling adventure. Three distinct styles gradually converge on the same haunting.

Hide, run, and play.

Can you survive several nights on the job?
