Midnight Files – Missing in Forest Lake  

Is a free DLC and a standalone case set outside Midnight City.

Two teenagers went missing after an incident at a roadside arcade in the Forest Lake area. Local police are searching for the suspect, but they do not have enough officers to comb through the entire region. Your job is to find the missing victims by collecting evidence and connecting the facts based on what you discover in the field.

You start at a gas station, with the arcade as your first stop. There, you uncover evidence, obtain a paper map of the area, and begin searching the vast, fog-covered region. Take notes on your findings, review files provided by local police, and verify information in the database to gradually narrow down the search area.
