They get sick and need a hospital bed that might not be there. If they stay broke long enough, some turn to crime. None of this is random. It all comes from the choices you made.

The city talks back

A newspaper covers everything happening in your city. Crime reports with real addresses. Traffic jams you caused. Hospitals running out of beds. Companies going under. It will blame you for all of it.
