Congratulations on Your New Position!

The job was simple: Unifying encrypted data and company records. In the quiet town of Macungie, Pennsylvania, the sprawling warehouse is a monument to a forgotten prosperity and a mysterious downfall. Will you withstand these otherworldly influences as you connect the past, present, and future?

Gameplay Narrative

Your mundane employee orientation is the final step in a corporate ritual years in the making. The company doesn't move cargo; it's a conduit for something else—a gateway to a mirrored, hostile reality known as the Realmverse. They hired you to secure their data, but your presence is the final key needed to unlock a cataclysm.

Gameplay Features

Maguntsche: Chapter Two blends survival horror with a branching narrative where your investigation twists the fabric of reality itself.

  • Investigate and Survive: Scour the derelict industrial complex for clues, hidden documents, and resources. What you uncover will piece together the horrifying truth behind your new employer and determine how your story ends.

  • A World Within a World: The warehouse is a place where two realities are stitched together. At critical moments, or when your sanity breaks, you will be pulled into the Realmverse—a dark, mirrored dimension with its own hostile logic. To escape, you must collect scattered Reality Fragments while being relentlessly hunted.

  • Hack the System: Your technical expertise is a weapon. Hunt for encrypted floppy disks and clearance keys. Use them at security terminals to upgrade your clearance, unlocking new areas and revealing sensitive data. The required computer work varies in difficulty, testing your skills as you delve deeper into the company's network.

  • Manage Your Sanity: Your mental state is as critical as your physical health. Witnessing otherworldly horrors will drain your sanity, causing hallucinations that obstruct your vision and making you more vulnerable. Find rare safe zones to restore your composure, but be warned: some environments are so steeped in dread they will drain you over time.
