A mistery to solve

In Just in Crime you play Mr. Flurfels McGoodboy, a clever detective who in his many (dog) years has solved countless cases. But when at a birthday party one of the guests eats the whole cake on the sly, he will be forced to collaborate with Catarina; an apprentice sorceress who will allow him to travel back in time and check what everyone present was doing during the crime.

Investigate the crime scene / Explore every nook and cranny

Move freely through the crime scene. Explore every corner, examine every object, talk to everyone involved, unlock new paths with your intellect... All that while Catarina faithfully follows you!

Travel through time

Catarina will allow you to explore the 100 seconds leading up to the crime. Find out where each suspect was and what they were doing at every moment. Uncover events that happened in parallel. Confirm alibis, search for motives, find distractions...

Make deductions

Collect clues called 'Ideas' during your investigation. Store them in the Memory Palace, a presentation of your mind space. Determine which are relevant and which are not. Combine them into logic deductions to generate new Ideas and progress through the case.

Put your wits to the test

Interrogate the suspects. Obtain new Ideas. Cross-check alibis. Use the multiple-choice option to select exactly what to ask. And when they confront you...Present Ideas as evidence and dismantle your opponents' arguments!
