Internal Incident is a hardcore extraction shooter with survival horror elements.   Navigate nightmare facilities that change with every deployment, managing ammo, batteries, and sanity as you piece together what caused the catastrophe. Play solo or in tense 4-player co-op, where every decision could be your last.
