Nightmarish loop

Mazes of insanity

Find your way through randomly generated mazes, filled with unspeakable horrors. Exposure to the unnatural corrodes your mind. The lower your sanity, the more the world twists—distorting perception, altering mechanics, and inviting madness. The Outer Gods are a central part of Halls of Nyarlathotep. Each biome features a unique entity that lurks in the space beyond the maze and culminates in a battle with one of the Dreamlands' resident deities  - vast, unknowable beings whose presence alone is enough to shatter the mind.

Wield a revolver that fires tormented souls instead of bullets, swing a blood-hungry macuahuitl that grows stronger with each enemy it tastes, or brandish the Elder Sign to ward off the twisted things that should not be.

Locations from Dreamland cycle
