In a parallel future ruled by megacorporations, a strange disease has broken out inside a sealed research complex. No one knows how it began — only that it spreads, mutates, and devours everything that breathes. The deeper you go, the more the world itself seems to lose its mind.

You play as a disabled nurse , trapped within the quarantined facility. Confined to your wheelchair , you must navigate collapsing corridors, manage scarce resources, and fight against horrors that twist flesh and thought alike.
