This costume can be worn by either Ryoko or Akemi, but each will wear a different color variation.

There are two color variations for each character: the “black bunny girl” costume that can be worn by both Ryoko and Akemi, the “red bunny girl” costume exclusive to Ryoko, and the “blue bunny girl” costume exclusive to Akemi.
