The Aura of Profit takes place in an underground lair thatserves as an alchemical laboratory. Fritz is an alchemistwho has an underground laboratory in the poor section ofthe city. His experiments produce wastes that run into thesewer and enhance the effects of alcohol. Several localinnkeepers have seen sales plummet, as their patronscant hold their liquor anymore. They think that there issomething happening underground, where a strange odorhas been detected under one of the taverns. They haveasked the PCs to investigate.
