The 16 stat blocks in this NPC Pack are grouped into three main areas featured in the show along with additional information and plot hooks for each.

• Vault 33: Lucy Maclean, Chet, Norm Maclean, Woody Thomas, Stephanie Harper, and Overseer Hank Maclean. 
  
• Brotherhood of Steel Camp: Maximus (in and out of armor) and Knight Titus.
  
• Filly: The Ghoul, Dr Wilzig, CX404, Ma June, Barv, and the bounty hunters Honcho, Biggie, and Slim.
  
• New Items: Brand new weapons, ammunition, armor, food, chems, and more.
