Description
You are the driver of a night train. Outside, a storm is raging. Behind you are passengers — and one of them is not human.
This is a first-person psychological horror game with elements of train simulation and careful observation. You must guide the train along the route, monitor the control panel, make decisions under pressure, and notice subtle details that can mean the difference between life and death. The tense atmosphere, minimalist gameplay, immersive sound design with rain and thunder, and the hidden mimic system create constant unease.
Watch the road
You are inside the driver’s cabin facing a large control panel that contains all train controls. To accelerate and maintain speed, you must hold the main lever, and once you release it, the train begins to slow down. While driving, you monitor speed, remaining distance, and the overall state of the journey, trying not to make critical mistakes.
Identify the mimic
There are four passengers in the carriage, but one of them is a mimic — a creature disguised as a human. You can observe them through the round rear-view mirror in the cabin or by using a separate button to view the passenger car. During lightning flashes, its eyes briefly glow red — the only clear sign of danger, and one that is easy to miss. The longer the journey lasts, the more attentive you must become.
A constant choice between duty and fear
Every minute you must decide what to focus on: controlling the train or watching the passengers. The gameplay is built around constant tension and shifting attention, where any mistake can lead to fatal consequences. The longer the journey continues, the harder it becomes to stay focused and the stronger the pressure of the unknown feels.
