European Logistics Tycoon is a business simulation where you build and expand your own logistics company. Start small, secure your first contracts, and grow step by step into a company operating across Europe.

Plan deliveries between real European cities, calculate costs, optimize routes and decide when expansion makes sense. Vehicles, staff and locations must be managed efficiently. Every decision impacts profit, reputation and long-term success.

Gameplay

Plan and combine orders, manage your fleet, hire drivers and expand branches. Monitor fuel prices, wear and tear, driver motivation and operational risks. Competing AI companies operate in the same market and influence supply and demand.
