You play as Selah , a newly assigned employee who awakens with no memory, stationed at the border-side Golden Branch Facility in District 8.
There, you are tasked with communicating with M-501 , a highly intelligent and dangerously unknown contained entity—the very source of the facility’s recent abnormalities.

By collecting and feeding Black & White Stardust , observing its mutations, speaking with it, calming or questioning it,
you will uncover the truth behind the facility’s collapse—and the truth buried inside Selah’s own lost memories.

This is a unique blend of idle collection, desktop-pet interaction, rules-based horror, and narrative exploration ,
leading you into a dark parable of contamination, emotion, and humanity.

📚 Story Synopsis

Golden Branch Facility —a massive complex spanning the border of Districts 8 and 9.
Officially, it is a research institute specializing in the containment of extra-dimensional organisms.
Unofficially, it also provides free medical treatment to the residents of the lower districts.

After an unexplained disaster, Selah awakens in her dormitory.
She remembers a catastrophic event… her coworkers dying one by one…
yet every detail is swallowed by fog and silence.

Now, the facility runs only on automation , patrolling robots , and a strained AI system.
External communication is severely delayed; rescue is nowhere in sight.
To the outside world, the facility insists that “everything is operating normally.”

But stranger still—

Selah is instructed to follow strict anti-panic rules.
If certain contained entities sense human fear or collapse, the consequences will be irreversible.

Her daily duty is to interact with the only being capable of responding to her:

M-501 —feeding, observing, speaking, and maintaining its stability.

Through her encounters with M-501, Selah will slowly uncover:

• What truly happened on the day of the incident?

• Why does rescue never arrive?

• What is M-501 trying to tell her?

Long ago, a colossal smoke-black tree pierced the sky—the World Tree.
It introduced new minerals, organisms, and technologies…

The world is now divided into nine districts by class and pollution:

Districts 1–3 (Upper Cities): floating sky islands of the privileged
Districts 4–6 (Mid Cities): partially contaminated but livable zones
Districts 7–9 (Lower Cities): heavily polluted wastelands under a grey, dying sky
