Story

One day, the protagonist gets hit by a truck and finds themselves in a strange mansion in another world. There, a blue-haired girl introduces herself as the Manager, and four unique maids await. The rules are simple: if you choose one maid, you can return to the real world in three days. But… who should you pick?

Rules are meant to be broken, right? Instead of choosing a maid, the protagonist drags the Manager back to the real world!
