Citizen Pain is a single-player dark fantasy action game with first-person melee combat inspired by classic old-school titles. Built from the ground up in Unreal Engine by a solo developer, it blends nostalgic gameplay with modern visuals and a strong narrative core.

Catherina, a young warrior, embarks on a desperate quest to challenge the Undead King, a tyrant who promises salvation through monstrous transformation. Armed with his sword and sorrow, Catherina must battle corrupted knights, traverse cursed lands, and confront the fading soul of a dying world.
