Contracts

Take on contracts from the residents of the city. Each job is unique and requires close attention to meet every requirement set by the client. The more complex the contract and the more demands the client has, the higher the reward. Make your clients happy by fulfilling even their smallest wishes to earn your full payment — and maybe even a bonus.

Construction

Build real underground bunkers capable of withstanding even the worst apocalypse. Every bunker must be placed at the proper depth to ensure full protection for its future occupants. Unleash your creativity and imagination — design multi-level, complex underground structures.

Building Materials

Purchase the materials you need from various stores — construction supplies, furniture, electronics — and transport them to the construction site using your own vehicle or pay for delivery. Any leftover materials can be sold or reused for your next project.

Underground Bunkers

Construct secure underground bunkers from start to finish. First, dig a shaft to the required depth. Build a convenient descent by constructing a staircase. Excavate enough space for the bunker you’re planning. Pour reinforced concrete floors, walls, and ceilings to ensure full structural strength. Then build interior walls to form separate rooms and begin furnishing them.

Interior

A bunker should be not only durable but also comfortable to live in. Furnish it with practical and cozy furniture. Every client has their own preferences and interior design requirements. Create bedrooms, kitchens, offices, home cinemas, gyms, and many other rooms.

Licenses

To build underground bunkers, you’ll need a construction license issued by the local mayor’s office. Each license type allows you to work at a specific depth and build structures of a certain size. Complete contracts, satisfy your clients, and purchase new licenses to build even larger bunkers — and earn even more money.

Buy Your Own Home

Housing prices are high — even in a small town like Green Valley. You’ll need to work hard to earn enough for your own house. On your personal plot, you can finally build the bunker of your dreams. Hard work and persistence always pay off… probably.

Roadmap

Plans for future updates:

Electricity

Install generators to power all electrical equipment in the bunker.

Water Supply & Sewage

Provide drinking water and wastewater management by installing pumps and other equipment, and routing pipes to every sink, toilet, bathtub, and other fixtures.

Ventilation

Install central air-conditioning units and lay ventilation ducts to supply fresh air to every room.

House Construction

If you don’t like the house built on your plot, you’ll be able to demolish it and build your own.
