About the Game

Awaken 8 is a cinematic, emotionally-driven RPG set across two fractured worlds where forgotten memories hide dangerous truths  and rebellion begins behind a mask. In Virex City, emotion is treated like a threat and memories are quietly rewritten. Eight souls, scattered by time, loss, and broken pasts, cross paths once more. Some were once friends. Others, strangers. But all are bound by a history erased from the world and from themselves.

As their lives intertwine across reality and the emotional realm of Mythfall, they uncover fragments of who they used to be and what was taken from them. But awakening their truth comes with a cost in a world built on control.

Beneath the neon skies of Virex City and the decaying magic of Mythfall, a masked rebellion quietly rises. The Awakened must face their shadows, reclaim what was stolen, and choose whether to remain lost…or rise together.

Under its glowing skyline and rigid control systems, Virex City is a society built on emotional suppression. Here, pain is illegal, memories are monitored, and “stability” is enforced by the masked elite. Behind every perfect smile is a history that was deleted. And those who remember… are hunted. This is where the rebellion begins.

Mythfall

This realm was once alive with magic now it stands fractured, a place most have forgotten. The ruins rise into skies that never see dawn, and the rivers themselves carry echoes of memory. It’s a land where beauty and sorrow walk hand in hand. what was once paradise now feels like a graveyard of dreams. Here, every step uncovers a fragment of the past  and each memory has its price.

A Cast Beyond the Spotlight

While the story highlights  these certain figures whose choices shape the rebellion, Virex City  and mythfall is alive with over 10  unique characters. Each brings their own motives, allegiances, and secrets. From allies in the underground to hidden rivals in the system, every encounter deepens the web of trust and betrayal.
