The great Shingen achieved numerous victories against his enemies but was grievously wounded in combat by Ieyasu’s forces.

Foreseeing the imminent death of their revered leader, the Takeda clan secretly dispatched their best Ashigaru warriors to annihilate Ieyasu’s forces and the entire Tokugawa clan.

This was their act of vengeance for the death of the legendary warlord, Shingen Takeda.
