AppSilencer is a utility that uses the standard Windows API (psapi.dll) to safely organize memory regions (Working Sets) of running applications without force-closing them. Don't leave it all to the OS memory management; take control and secure resources when you need them.

"I wanted to make my PC lighter, but I didn't want to install suspicious cleaner software or tools with overly complex settings." As a gamer myself, I built this transparent tool using Python.

It does not perform excessive optimizations that could break the system, nor does it behave in ways the user doesn't intend. "A reliable companion that makes your PC a little more comfortable just by running." That is the goal of this development.
