This DLC give the player 200 gold in-game one time on every save file and new game...
It should unlock it self just after the menu and items tutorial...

Ceramic, Metal, Gold, Ruby and Diamond are all forge material
used to create or upgrade items, weapon or armor in the game...

The DLC content don't need any special configuration...
